It is most important to us that our teachers start your classes at the scheduled time, which is why we try to keep lateness down to a minimum. However, rarely it happens that a teacher is experiencing technical issues or is running late due to personal circumstances.

However, should this ever be the case, we want this to be as comfortable as possible for you, which is why we have integrated an automatic process to record the absence of a teacher, which means that you do not need to follow up when a teacher missed the class - our system picks up on this automatically and we will then run all the investigations for you.

Once the investigation has been finished and we evaluated why your teacher did not make it to the class, the class will get logged accordingly.

Please note that teachers have 72 hours to log their class. Should the class still not be logged after 72 hours, please get in touch with us and we will take care of it for you.

Useful information:

If you are running late, the teacher needs to wait a maximum of 10 minutes until they can close the virtual classroom. They can choose to wait longer if they wish, but they are not obliged to once the 10 minutes have passed.

Equally, if the teacher is running late, the maximum amount of time a student has to wait is also 10 minutes. Please be sure to provide some screenshots that prove your teacher's lateness before you leave.
